Problems and their solution
Items cannot be viewed and printed out
For viewing and printing out the items, you need the Acrobat
Reader. If this is not yet installed on your computer, you
can download it without charge.
If
the printing Test does not display a music sample on your screen,
please install Acrobat Reader or contact a qualified person.
Additionally, you have to be registered with Rugeri and have
items on your account. More information
on this subject is given under Instruments.

Supported browsers
We recommend Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator
4.0 or higher. Please make sure that JavaScript and the Cookies
are switched on. You can download the latest browsers from Microsoft
or Netscape.

Registered as music school
Sheet music purchased by administrators of the music school
may only be distributed to the music teachers'
accounts. Downloading of sheet music is not possible from the
'administrators' or ' music school' to avoid deducting
sheet music from a music teacher's account. For example, if
the dean has puchased 10,000 pieces for his teachers at his
school and registered under 'music school' to take full advantage
of the administration software, the pieces cannot be downloaded
and/or printed until they have been distributed to the teacher's
account. If the dean would also like to be able to download
pieces, he too must list himself on the teacher list so that
the Rugeri software recognizes him as a 'teacher' as well as
an 'administrator'.
